Helm is an independent iOS app for Ploi.io users. Helm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ploi.io. This policy explains what information the app may handle and how it is used.

Information Helm Handles

Helm may handle information needed to connect to your Ploi.io account, such as your Ploi.io API token, server metadata, site details, and related infrastructure records returned by the Ploi.io API.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to display your Ploi.io resources and perform actions you request in the app. Helm does not sell your personal information, and your Ploi.io API token is never sent to any Helm server.

Storage

Your Ploi.io API token is stored on your device using iOS security features such as Keychain when available. Helm does not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes your Ploi.io API token. Other app data may be cached locally on your device to improve performance.

Third-Party Services

Helm communicates directly with Ploi.io to provide app functionality. Your use of Ploi.io remains subject to Ploi.io's own privacy policy and terms.
